How might we provide travelers leaving from LAX access to personalized travel essentials in an efficient and safe way during Covid-19?
Transportation and mobility were drastically impacted during COVID-19. Major airlines and airports including LAX lacked a unified response when providing their flyers with essential items and emotional security.
We designed a solution focused on meeting traveler's emotional needs for safety and security, while providing COVID-19 essential items.
