View Instagram βWhen I was onboarded to the SMC Career Services Center, I noticed a lack of unified branding. One of my goals was to create a brand style guide to streamline future content, create a stronger brand image to the students, and to prepare for the next student hand-off when I graduate. (I can't keep running this account after I leave because its for student workers π€ ) After talking with my supervisor, we felt that the brand style should be representative of the services offered and be redesigned with modern visual elements that catch people's eyes. Below is the style guide I created. β

My plan is to continue developing the brand image and engagement strategy for the SMC Career Services Center. I have learned a lot about social media management and marketing since starting the internship, and am looking forward to create a legacy for the next student worker to continue. Outside of the social media graphics, I also work closely with counselors and my supervisor to create student materials, job-round up posts, and video content.
